Finding parts

One part number, all at once

Enter a part number in the search box at the top or in Part Search › Single Part Search, and the stock of many distributors is gathered in one table.

Even if you enter only the first characters of a part number, parts starting with them are found too.

The part you want comes first

Results are shown in this order: exact part number match → same series → other parts with the same leading characters.

You can re-sort by Recommended · Most quantity · Least quantity · With price first · Newest date code.

A fair chance for every company

Stock updated within the last 7 days · 30 days is shown first, and within the same period the order of companies rotates every hour so that every company gets equal visibility.

Re-uploading several times a day gives no advantage in the order. Lead-time labels (STOCK, etc.) don't affect the order either.

Part number pages

Each part number has its own eguro.kr/part/part-number page, showing the companies that stock it · manufacturers · latest stock update dates and similar part numbers at a glance.

People who search a part number on Google · Naver also land on this page and meet the companies holding the stock.

Log in to see contacts

You can view stock without logging in; seller company names · phone numbers are shown to logged-in members.

On a mobile phone, tap a company name to call right away.

Uploading stock

Upload Excel directly (Upload Stock)

Upload your existing stock Excel as is, and your company's entire stock is replaced with the new content.

The column order follows the format commonly used in the industry: A Part number · B Date code · C Manufacturer · D Quantity · E Description · F Price · G Lead time

From column H onward, data is neither read nor stored. You can keep internal notes in the same file.

Fully Automatic Stock Upload

Just register the share link once for your stock Excel on Google Drive · OneDrive · Dropbox, and eGuro fetches it at the interval you choose (every 1 · 2 · 3 days) and replaces your stock with the new content.

After that, just edit and save the Excel on your own computer. Setup instructions are in the Service Guide, in separate Google Drive and OneDrive guides.

eGuro tidies things up for you

Part numbers are automatically shown in uppercase.

Even if the same manufacturer is written differently, like TI · Texas Instruments, they are unified into one so searches work well.

Rows with an empty quantity or the wrong format are flagged right away when you upload.

RFQs · Orders

RFQs to many companies at once

Check stock items in the search results and click RFQ, and the requests are automatically split and sent to each company.

Items not in the list can also be included with 'Add other item'.

Reply by just entering a unit price

Manufacturer · date code · quantity are pre-filled, so you only need to enter the unit price and lead time.

KRW (excluding VAT) is the default, and you can also reply in USD if needed.

Order item by item

Received quotes from many companies are gathered in one table, one row per item. Pick only the items you want and order them.

Orders are placed only at the quantity · unit price the seller replied with. The seller accepts · declines in Received Orders.

Instant notifications

When a new RFQ · new quote · order arrives, it is shown as a number on the 🔔 notifications at the top and in the menu, and a notice pops up on screen.

The same is also sent by notification email. You can turn off emails in your member info.

Keep your lists tidy

You can select finished RFQs · quotes · orders and delete them from your list. The records on the other party's screen remain as they are.

Promoting your company

Company profile page

Each company gets an eguro.kr/c/company-name page showing its profile · product lines · address · contacts and uploaded stock.

Edit the content in My eGuro › Company Info, and choose public · private.

On Google · Naver · Bing search

eGuro submits company profile pages and part number pages directly to Google · Naver · Bing, and keeps notifying them of changes.

This opens a path for customers searching by company name, product line or part number to find your company.

Introduced in 5 languages

There are separate Korean · English · Chinese (Simplified · Traditional) · Japanese screens.

Company profile · product lines · address are automatically translated into each language. Companies only need to write them once in Korean.

Translation runs once a day, early in the morning. So on the day you first write or edit it, the foreign-language pages still show the Korean text; the translated version appears from the next morning.

eGuro Members list

Registered companies are listed in Info Center › eGuro Members. Click a company name to open its company info window.

eGuro Market

Selling · Buying

Post stock you want to clear in Selling, and parts you urgently need in Buying.

One post can list several items with descriptions, and posts can be found by part number. Posts are also shown translated on the foreign-language screens. Translation is done early the next morning.

Community

Chat Room

A place where logged-in members talk directly. Your messages appear on the right, and others' on the left with 'Company · Name'.

Click someone's name to insert an @tag, and when someone mentions you, it shows up right away in 🔔 notifications.

Free Board

A board where any member can post articles · comments · attachments.

Info Center

Semiconductor Library

Datasheets: Original manufacturer datasheets collected by category. (Won-Top · Samyang · Jingheng · Vigortronix · HIOPTEL, etc.)

Part Guides: How to read MLCC · resistor · diode · FET · transistor · STM32 · electrolytic·tantalum capacitor · 74 logic · crystal part numbers, plus Component Package Names: A Complete Guide.

Member · company management

Individual members · Business members

Individual members can search · send RFQs · place orders; Business members can additionally upload stock · reply to quotes · accept orders.

You can sign up and log in with a user ID, or with a Naver · Google account.

Verified company badge

Korean companies are verified with the National Tax Service using their business registration number · representative's name · opening date, and verified companies display ✓ NTS verified.

For overseas companies in China · Hong Kong · Japan and elsewhere, we check their local company registration number, and once the registration documents are confirmed, a verification mark is added to the company info window and profile page.

Together with your staff

The company admin sends an invitation link to connect staff. (4 staff per company)

Stock · quote permissions can be turned on or off for each staff member.

Trust

Stock exactly as uploaded

eGuro never changes stock quantities, even when a deal is made. Stock changes only through the files the company uploads.

Stored safely

Site data is backed up daily, and backups stored off-site are encrypted.
