Package SMB
| Type | Schottky barrier diode (SMD) |
| Package | SMB (DO-214AA) |
| Repetitive reverse voltage VRRM | 40V |
| RMS reverse voltage VR(RMS) | 28V |
| Average rectified current IO | 3.0A |
| Surge current IFSM | 100A (8.3ms half-sine) |
| Forward voltage VFM | max 0.50V (IF 3.0A, SS32~SS34) |
| Reverse current IRM | 0.5mA (25℃) · 20mA (100℃) |
| Junction capacitance CJ | typ. 250pF (SS32~SS34) |
Values are from the Won-Top Electronics (WTE) datasheet.
The body is marked with the part number SS34 as is. Schottky reverse current rises sharply with temperature (0.5mA at 25℃ → 20mA at 100℃), so allow margin in high-temperature, high-voltage positions.
