| Type | General-purpose rectifier diode (Standard Recovery) |
| Package | DO-41 axial (CASE 59-10) |
| Repetitive reverse voltage VRRM | 1000V |
| Non-repetitive reverse voltage VRSM | 1200V |
| RMS reverse voltage VR(RMS) | 700V |
| Average rectified current IO | 1.0A (TA 75℃) |
| Surge current IFSM | 30A (1 cycle) |
| Forward voltage vF | typ. 0.93V · max 1.1V (1A) |
| Reverse current IR | max 10µA (25℃) · 50µA (100℃) |
Values are from the onsemi datasheet.
The body is marked 1N4007 plus a year/week code. As a standard-recovery type it is too slow for high-frequency rectification in switching power supplies (use a Schottky or fast-recovery diode there).
