Auto-Sync Stock Upload lets you register the share link of your stock Excel file just once, and eGuro updates it to your latest stock every day. Once it is connected, you no longer need to upload your stock to the site every day.
But the one-time initial setup — installing Google Drive or OneDrive on your computer, putting your stock Excel file in it and creating a share link — can feel unfamiliar and tedious. So for companies located in the Jungang Circulation Complex, eGuro will visit your store and set it up for you.

Write a post in Help Center › Contact & Feedback and we will contact you.
eGuro will contact you, set an appointment at a date and time that suits you, and visit your store at the agreed time.
| STEP 1 | Leave a post in Contact & Feedback Write On-site Setup Request in the title and include the following details. · Company name · Store location (building and unit number in the Jungang Circulation Complex) If you post it as a private post, only you and the eGuro administrators can see it. |
| STEP 2 | eGuro contacts you · sets an appointment eGuro contacts you at the number you left and arranges the visit date and time. |
| STEP 3 | Store visit · setup We visit your store at the agreed time and set everything up with you, from start to finish, on the computer you use. |

| 01 | Install the drive and log in We install whichever you prefer, Google Drive or OneDrive, on your store computer and log in. |
| 02 | Connect your stock Excel file We put the stock Excel file you currently use into the drive folder, so it uploads automatically whenever you edit and save it. We also check the columns eGuro reads (A Part Number · B Year of Manufacture · C Manufacturer · D Stock Quantity · E Description · F Price · G Lead Time). |
| 03 | Register the share link We create a share link for your Excel file, register it in eGuro Auto-Sync Stock Upload, and set how often it is fetched. |
| 04 | Check the first fetch We finish by checking together, right there, that your stock appears correctly in eGuro search. |
AFTERAfter setupFrom now on, eGuro takes care of your stock |
From then on, you just edit and save the Excel file on your store computer as usual. eGuro fetches it automatically on the set schedule and updates it to your latest stock, which can then be found in eGuro Part Search and in Google and Naver search.
