A Murata 0603 (1608) size 100nF multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC). It has long been used as a bypass capacitor next to IC power pins, but Murata's site now lists it as to be discontinued.

Murata's product page marks this part as 'To be discontinued', so for new designs also look at the alternative or same-spec parts from other makers.
