A Samsung Electro-Mechanics 0805 (2012) size 10µF multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC). It is widely used as a bulk (smoothing) capacitor on regulator inputs/outputs and power rails. Because it is X5R, be sure to check that the actual capacitance drops sharply when voltage is applied.

Values are from the Samsung Electro-Mechanics datasheet.
High-permittivity MLCCs such as X5R lose effective capacitance when DC voltage is applied. The smaller the size, the worse it gets, so check the capacitance at your actual operating voltage on the DC Bias graph of the Samsung Electro-Mechanics product page. Part numbers that differ only in the last letter (packaging code) are the same component. The meaning of each field of the part number is explained in the article on reading MLCC part numbers.
