One of the most common 45V/100mA-class SMD NPN small-signal transistors. It is often found amplifying signals or switching LEDs and other small loads, and is marked 1H plus a one-letter factory code.

Marking code 1H · Pins 1 Base · 2 Emitter · 3 Collector
The Nexperia marking code is 1H followed by a one-letter factory code (1H%). The A, B and C grades use different codes (1E, 1F, 1G), and other makers may use different codes.
